We offer a hassle-free return policy within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy page.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada and the USA. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the carrier's website.

Do you have a minimum order requirement for custom designs?

Minimum order of 5 pieces is required for custom piece but if you are shopping from our collection, no minimum order is required.

What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We accept the following file formats: PNG (preferred with transparent background), JPEG, PDF, Adobe Illustrator

Do I get to see the design on plain Tshirt before placing a full order?

Yes, we offer pictorial sample options. You will get to see how the design will look on the Tshirt
