Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- We cannot accept returns for:
– Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
– Customized or personalized products
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our customer care team at support@shopdauntless.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and instructions.
Shipping returns
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method (Address will be provided through the email)
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@shopdauntless.ca
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shopdauntless.ca
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
